M. T. Vasudevan Nair

M. T. Vasudevan Nair (1933–2024) was one of the most celebrated figures of modern Malayalam literature — a novelist, short-story writer, screenwriter and film director, and a long-time editor of the Mathrubhumi weekly.

His novels include Naalukettu, Manju and Randamoozham. He received the Jnanpith Award in 1995.
